Third-party print-on-demand partners produce and fulfill our products by printing, packaging, and shipping orders directly to our customers on our behalf.
Because products may be produced at different fulfillment facilities, items within the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Production times are separate from shipping times. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information about order processing and delivery.
All Forge & Field Brands products are made to order specifically for each customer through our third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Because production begins specifically for your order, all sales are final once an order enters production.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size or color selections, change of mind, or other customer ordering errors.
Please carefully review your selected product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and other order details before completing your purchase.
If there is a problem with the product you receive, including a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
Because our products are produced by third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners, we may submit the information and photographs you provide to the applicable fulfillment partner for review.
If the fulfillment partner confirms a production or fulfillment error, we will work with them to provide the applicable resolution, which may include a replacement or other remedy.
Do not return an item unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Sending a product back without authorization does not guarantee a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Unless otherwise stated, the designs, artwork, graphics, logos, branding, written content, photographs, website content, and other materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Forge & Field Brands and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
